After another round of testing we’re pleased to confirm that the grapes have made excellent progress: Pinot Noir has risen from 18.1° to 20.6° Brix, showing steady ripening and good flavour development. Cabernet Noir has settled at

Tonight we’ve dashed out and put Drosophila traps out… 🫣. Fingers crossed there aren’t any as we’d like to avoid spraying… or losing part of the harvest! Rumour has it the little blighters are heading this way…
